When you are asked to build an investment home you want to create something that is solid and durable but is a good-sized, comfortable home that would almost feel like your own.
This home could easily be a home for four to five people. Intimate in design with all the bedrooms close together to maximize the size of the house, but not too compact to allow individual spaces with a media room at the front of the house and the living room at the back of the house. The open living space is further enhanced by the alfresco area leading from the living room.
