When life’s circumstances change and you love the area that you live in, take advantage of vertical and consider adding a first floor above your existing single storey home. 

The goal for this design was to create a separate living space with a bedroom and wet bar on the new first floor to accommodate extended family. We designed the new extension to be accessible internally whilst still maintaining privacy.
